Personal training sessions are highly recommended when starting out in the gym. Eliminate the chance to develop “bad habits” and learn the proper way to train for your goals with a hands on focused approach.

Partner sessions offered if starting point and goals are aligned.

Ideal for anyone that wants to bring more awareness of their body, improve mobility and strength, and effectively change their body composition.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Initial phone call consultation assessing goals, previous injury, and health conditions
  • Functional Movement Screening used to identify limitations or asymmetries. You’ll perform seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality in individuals with no current pain or known musculoskeletal injury.
  • Personalized training plan created to get you to your goals. Results orientated approach ensures you will be appropriately challenged so you never reach a plateau and are always making progress.
  • Prices will be disclosed on the call
    *2-3 sessions per week recommended for optimal results

    Learn what it is to properly train with intensity and purpose.

    There’s more to just training hard, we need to first be training SMART, in the sense of correct volume, intensity, exercise selection, and frequency to develop a strong foundation that will be set up for future success.

    Form is King and Intensity is Queen. You will learn to master both and push beyond your previous ideas of what you believed you were capable of.

    Plans will be developed to improve imbalances, work around injuries, and create a well-rounded mobile, and strong body. There will be a strong emphasis on technical execution with a hands-on approach.

    Sessions will be 60 minutes in length and will include corrective exercises, mobility work, strength, energy system development, and a cool down.

    Building strength is so much more than the physical changes. You will find that learning to push through discomfort in the gym will allow you to feel more confident and in control in your personal, home, and work life, and and will allow you to feel more capable of handling any challenge than comes your way.
