Years of jumping onto every new fitness and diet trend left me frustrated, confused, and physically and mentally exhausted.
Growing up, I was involved in sports like volleyball, tennis, and track and field. I performed as a baton twirler, dancer, and from there transitioned into pageantry. Due to my athletic background I was never overweight, but I was never happy or proud of my body. As a young adult living in Los Angeles, I jumped around to all the fitness trends out there; boxing, running, cycling, high intensity boot-camps, barre, Pilates, you name it.
I tried to eat “healthy” and ended up going off the rails on the weekend, only to start the diet over again on Monday. Stuck in this endless cycle, I was exhausted.
Fast forward to moving across the world and landing in Sydney Australia. It was here I was introduced into the Bikini bodybuilding sphere. With the help of world class coaches and mentors, I learned what was necessary to get results. My confidence grew tremendously, which allowed me to do things I never previously thought possible. Not only did I achieve my physical goals, but my mindset, overall health, and relationships all improved from applying the core principles that I had learned.
I made the decision to switch careers from my successful 6-year advertising agency tenure where I worked as a Client Director and managed multi-million dollar accounts, to helping people pursue their fitness goals as a personal trainer and nutrition coach to help them change their lives.
I believe I’m living out my life’s mission by sharing the knowledge, teaching the skills, and building the processes required to make a full transformation; in both the body and mind.
My focus is on inspiring, leading, supporting, and nurturing others so that they too can learn to take control of their lives and be their best selves each day.
My approach is very much centered around long term success. The journey to achieving the body we want is one that we be on for the rest of our lives, so teaching people the tools and processes that will make them love the process is where I come in.
I’m dedicated to putting together a plan that will get you there most effectively. My coaching will teach you and guide you along your journey and set you up for success well after our time together is over.

Bodybuilding Accolades
I trained with Chelsea during my pregnancy with my first son. He was a big baby (8lbs 13oz) and my doctors were surprised I didn't tear, and I only pushed for one and a half hours. I'm sure it was all because of the work we did together. Thank you for everything, I'm able to enjoy my baby so much more since labor went as smoothly as possible.
